1 zucchini 300 g
1 bunch cilantro
1/8 small onion
1/3 cup cashew nuts
2 cm piece of ginger
2 garlic cloves
1 st. a spoonful of lemon juice
1/2 st. tablespoons ground zira (cumin)
black pepper
glass of water

Cut vegetables.
Cut the stems off the cilantro (you only need the leaves).
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until a smooth, homogeneous puree.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
